How do we keep everyone safe?

At Bow Wow Poop Patrol, we ask you to keep your dog(s) contained while we complete our work, for everyone’s safety. We can visit while you are away at work or while you are running errands since payments are online. Most of our clients choose this option. For this reason, we ask you to sign a permission form to serve your needs in your dog’s yard while you are away from home.

If we approach a dog yard where a dog has not been placed in a safe and contained space, Bow Wow Poop Patrol will not clean that yard that day. There are no refunds when this occurs.

Your pet’s safety is a priority to us! We take the time to clean our shoes and disinfect our equipment between every clean up. We do not transport dog waste between homes. Every dog yard visit starts with clean equipment and a fresh garbage bag. This helps reduce the risk of spreading any germs between dog yards.

Does a contract need to be signed?

Not at all! While we do take a monthly payment ahead of services, you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, we will complete the rest of the visits that the monthly payment covered. We don’t require contracts because we’re fully confident that you’ll be pleased with our service.

How do weekly visits get confirmed?

Pics or it didn’t happen!

We text you when we are on the way to your home. After we complete the work, we will send you pics of your yard and closed gate. We’re sure to shut every gate or doorway we pass through.

Where does the pet waste go?

Dog waste is bagged and placed in your outdoor trash can. If you don’t have an outdoor trash can, we double-bag dog waste and set it in a predesignated location of your choosing.
