We maintain a strict “No Outside Pets or Guests” policy: We never bring personal pets or unauthorized individuals into your home. This ensures a stress-free experience focused entirely on the safety of your animals and the security of your property.
Our service is dedicated to nighttime care and does not include daytime care or walks outside of the home. Please see our comprehensive Accepted Pet List below to explore care options for horses, reptiles, and other unique companions.

If you have pet coverage and/or do not need the Pet Sitting Reimbursement Program, simply book with us directly and receive a $25 discount on your first appointment. This option requires a signed waiver.
Exotic Pet Care
Our family loves all animals! Cristiana provides specialized care for arachnids, snakes, small mammals, and chickens, as well as unique aquatic setups like outdoor koi ponds. Both Cristiana and Li are pleased to offer dedicated care for horses. Exotic pets are also booked directly with us and require a signed waiver.

Horse Care
We provide reliable basic care for horses, including feeding, watering, and barn opening/closing. While we are comfortable and safety-conscious around horses—with beginner-to-intermediate experience in handling—we focus strictly on non-exercise support care.
Many clients find us to be the perfect short-term or emergency backup when their primary sitter is unavailable. Please note that while we are happy to assist with stall cleaning, we cannot transport hay bales and do not provide exercise services or carry equine insurance. To ensure we meet your standards, we include a comprehensive 60-minute training session during our free meet and greet to walk through your specific barn routines.
Working Dog Care
We provide dedicated support for working dogs stationed on acreage or with livestock. Please review our specific protocols for pasture-based care:
- We conduct visual wellness checks every evening and morning. Field checks are performed whenever terrain and conditions allow.
- For large properties, we request that a golf cart or ATV be provided for staff travel.
- Our services include resupplying food and water for the dogs. Please note that we do not provide feeding or direct care for the livestock.
- We do not charge for animals under the dogs’ protection (e.g., sheep, goats, etc.). While we do not provide livestock care, we will notify you immediately with photo or video updates if we observe any harmed animals in the field.
- A prearranged emergency contact must be provided for livestock-related issues, as we do not provide medical or handling services for domestic livestock.
Pet Sitting Reimbursement Program
This reimbursement program is primarily intended to protect cats and dogs. In certain circumstances, it can cover vet care for a pet care provider’s pets or damage to a pet owner’s property.
What To Expect:
- Reimbursed costs for dogs and cats in overnight pet care after the first $250.
- Care is covered for up to 30 days after pet sitting.
- Up to $25,000 in vet care reimbursement for eligible claims related to injury to either the pet owner’s pets.
- Property damage to the pet owner’s home caused by a sitter, or dog walker.
- Certain out-of-pocket medical costs for 3rd party injuries (e.g. someone other than the pet owner, sitter, or dog walker).
- 24/7 support.
What Is Not Covered?
- Damages to the sitter’s property.
- Injury to sitters.
- Injuries to family members or roommates.
- Vet care costs beyond 30 days.
- Anything pre-existing or preventable — such as fleas and ticks.
